Okay.
The ceremony is over. It was great..Really.
Except for all the junk surrounding it.
First and foremost, Spike and I were both running late. Because we were both late, we were both irritable and commenced to arguing almost as soon as we saw each other. Lucky for us, Chase was still at the school (he attends after-school camp there) and was excited to put on his snazzy new button down shirt.
The ceremony lasted an hour longer than I was expecting, and I realized too late that I hadn't pulled anything out for dinner.
The positive: Chase enjoyed performing, and we enjoyed watching him. We then enjoyed 3 Totino's pizzas and some Family Guy.
