There has been a lot of food talk in my house these days. Mr. Right and I recently quit smoking (Yeah!). While that was a feat in and of itself, we found another problem quickly arose: Weight gain. I, for one, knew that this was bound to happen. I have quit smoking many times in the past, and each time put on a few. He, however, did not see it coming, and was quite surprised to notice he suddenly had "Moobs".
We also noticed Chase has become more round in the past couple months. I assume this is due to a more sedentary lifestyle (he started Pre-K this year, and seems to spend more time sitting and learning than moving and playing).
This ultimately brought about conversations of people's strange diets. These strange diets include, but are not limited to, the following: The Caveman Diet, the Macrobiotic Diet (think Madonna), and the Gluten-Free diet.
They all sound really restricting. The only one of the three that would even be remotely possible for my family is the Macrobiotic Diet. Except for the part about no coffee. I would die. Literally.
Yeah... I'll just stick with my eat less/move more plan.
